Olympia Gardens is a quiet apartment community conveniently located in east-central Huntsville along Meridian Street North, just south of the Alabama A&M University Campus. Tucked up against the Chapman Mountain Preserve, our wooded grounds provide a lovely setting with amenities that include a community clubhouse, laundry facilities, swimming pool, playground and gazebo for get-togethers with family and friends.

Our spacious units are available in one of five floorplans — two for our one-bedroom apartments, two for the two-bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom floor plan. Each of the apartments comes equipped with central heat and air conditioning, range, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator with ice maker. Rental rates include water, sewer, and trash removal.

The property is located in Huntsville’s residential area, yet convenient to plenty of shopping and dining options, located about 5 minutes away by car along Memorial Parkway (US-431).
