Olympia Construction, Inc., (OCI) was incorporated in June 1989 by Jeff Beaver. The corporate offices are located in Albertville, Alabama. The owners and key personnel have numerous years’ of experience in the development, construction, management, and design of apartment complexes, townhomes, and single-family subdivisions. OCI is the owner, developer, and builder of both family and elderly affordable multi-family housing in nine states throughout the Southeast: Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The OCI footprint may expand to other states in the near future.

In August 2014, Olympia Management, Inc. (OMI) was incorporated by Jeff Beaver to manage all complexes of which OCI or stockholders are owners, in addition to managing third-party apartment portfolios. The staff at OMI include long-time professionals in the affordable housing industry who have many years’ of experience in apartment management, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit compliance, tenant care, and working with state/local/federal government agencies such as HUD and the USDA 515 Program.

Since its inception in 1986, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program has remained the most successful of all federal housing programs. It has become the centerpiece for private-public partnerships to bring affordable housing to working families in Alabama and nationwide.
